Direct Primary Care Membership Pricing

We’ve designed our Direct Primary Care (DPC) Membership model to provide personalized, accessible healthcare that puts patients first. By choosing not to accept insurance, we eliminate the time restrictions and administrative burdens imposed by insurance companies, enabling us to spend more time with each patient. This allows for comprehensive care, direct communication, and a truly patient-centered approach.

For a flat monthly membership fee, you’re entitled to additional follow-up care at no extra charge, ensuring high-quality healthcare remains accessible and stress-free. You can cancel at any time. There is no long-term commitment!  We only ask for a 30-day notice in writing that you would like to cancel your membership.

Membership Pricing

• Adults (Ages 18 and Older)
  • One-time enrollment fee: $99
  • Monthly membership: $80
• Children (Ages 8-17)
  • One-time enrollment fee: $99
  • Monthly membership: $40
• Menopause Membership Plan
  • Initial consultation: $150
  • Monthly membership: $99 (No enrollment fee and includes DPC membership)

Non-Membership Visit Pricing

For those who prefer pay-per-visit care:

• Adults (18+): $150 per visit
• Children (Ages 8-17): $150 per visit
• Menopause initial consultation: $175
• Menopause follow up: $125

Superbills are available upon request, and we encourage you to check with your insurance for benefits and reimbursement.
